Pickspace started in 2016 with a simple goal: remove manual work from property management.
For years, we built and operated software used daily by property managers — handling accounting, payments, communication, and compliance across thousands of units. In the process, we processed over $500M in rent and saw the same problems everywhere: fragmented tools, manual workflows, slow response times, and constant errors.
Working side-by-side with property managers taught us something important: the problem wasn’t the people — it was the operating model.

So we stopped just building software and started running the workflows ourselves.
